I guess Neal should move to The Netherlands. This caught my eye in the newspaper today:

The article states that criminals that cut their anklet don´t commit a crime. They can only be charged for distroying government property but the DA said that almost never happens.... So I guess this would be the place to be for Neal to finish his time on the anklet...

But if you finish reading the article, it also says that since the criminal violated the terms of the release, whatever sentence was applicable becomes effective immediately, but it is not a crime in itself.

I can´t clean my house, because I get distracted by all the cool stuff I find.
I would call my fashion style: "clothes that still fit."
Save water, drink Veuve Cliquot.
Perfect day: drink coffee, create stuff, sleep.
I never run with scissors... those last two words were unnecessary.

A GIF to describe how your day has been so far:

No seriously, it has been more like:

Everybody, enjoy the Easter weekend!

So I never realised watching the Pilot of The Last Tycoon that one of our local actors plays a role in The last Tycoon. Koen De Bouw plays Tomas Szep. I only realized when I saw a picture of him and Matt on his Instagram.

It was his last day, but I don´t know if it was just the last day for his character or if they finished shooting the whole series. Can´t wait to see it. Good to see a local actor playing in a Hollywood production.

So, I fulfilled the Fbruary Challenge in the hurt/comfort bingo round 7. Can´t wait to see what the March challenge will be.

So, we did a blitz citytrip to Berlin last weekend. Since it is not the first time we go there, we sort of know what we want to do and see, so it is OK to go just for two days.

For more, read under the cut.

Today is known as Verloren Maandag (Lost monday) where I live.
It used to be a Flemish tradition to eat appels covered in dough and sausage rolls (that is the best I can describe what you see on he pic). But now Lost Monday is a tradition almost exclusive to the Antwerp region of Belgium.
It takes place on the Monday after the Sunday in which Epiphany is celebrated (Three Kings or “Driekoningen“). So today we are all having one. Hmm...

Where does it come from? I was told, having worked in the Antwerp Harbour ,that traditionally, the harbor workers were allowed to drink while the natiebazen( the 'bosses' in the harbor, natie I guess you can sort of translate as a craft unions in the Middle ages) paid for it. They were offered something to eat with so they wouldn ´t get too drunk and this food was made of meat that they couldn´t sell and bread... And since the workers didn´t work that day... Lost Monday.

I know I shouldn´t have done it, but I got myself a new card in an attempt to write a 25 in 1...

This is the card...hmmm...

grief crucifixion fall from grace rape / non-con hypoglycemia / low blood sugar
atonement Stockholm syndrome first transformation nervous breakdown rejection
attacked by a creature post-traumatic stress disorder WILD CARD medication invisibility
hypothermia eating disorders accidental mating for life pandemics and epidemics trust issues
undeserved reputation sensory deprivation branding orphans hallucinations

Ideas? The only thing I can see is something supernatural with thoses squares. So I would love to hear your ideas.

What about:

The men are held (by badies who are orphans…who survived an epidemic) somewhere with not enough food à hypoglycemia / low blood sugar + eating disorders
When they are tortured: sensory deprivation + medication à hallucinations
attacked by a creature (that is invisible) results in accidental mating for life, but he rejects the creaturewhich causes rape/non con, which lead to trust issues when he is branded @ first transformation
Over time à Stockholm syndrome but when they fall from grace à They escape in a snowy landscape, heavily drugged à hypothermia
Resulting in:
post-traumatic stress disorder + nervous breakdown à grief + atonement à sort of happy ending…

Wild card would be kidnapping or drugged…

OK, this is just an rough picture, but what do you think?

With this last story, I filled all the squares on my H/C bingo card.... Did it !!!
Wow, it took some effort in the end, but I want to thank all the readers that gave me prompts, and thought with me and all the gorgeous inspiration artists like Kanarek 13 gave me.
So thanks for reading and commenting.

I was wondering... Should I get a new one and try to do a 25 in 1?

So, I am down to my last square for a black out of my H/C bingo card 2016...
But it is the hardest square (that is why I left it until now)... Self harm... I wrote a story, well sort of, I don´t know how to end it... So I will have a long think about it over Sinterklaas weekend. For those who don´t know how Sinterklaas is, you can find some explanation here.

So we had the big revelation today. Must say, I am impressed by the gifts made by everybody. Thank you all who entered something in my basket.
Way to go, especially since the community is getting smaller. But it is my opinion that wonderful fics are still written every day.

I filed all my enteries on my LJ, so everybody can enjoy them.

Let´s enjoy all the wonderful things that are made and up to White Collar Big Bang! grin.

We were driving back home after spending the weekend in Holland for Sinterklaas, when we heard this on the news: 'Dutch Championship Cycling against the wind was won by De Jager."
So it turns out this is an actual championship, which can only be held when there is a storm, this year version can be found here.

the caption in the above pictures says: ' Also made difficult by the Dutch wind.'

So the wind blew ith 7 Bf...I guess somewhere around 35 miles/hour... They have to cycle 8,5 km (5,3 miles) against the wind on a bike without gears...
I guess only Dutch people can come up with a competition like this.

OK, the first bingo line on my hurt/comfort bingo card is a fact, but I am still trying for a black out. So how can and is willing to give some pointers, again...

Still completely no clue:
- Telepathic trauma
- Forced to participate in illegal/hurtful activity
- Wild card (OK, I need serious help with this one...)

Ideas:
- loss of job/income: I can write in the Tsalani bwino verse, a prequel on how peter became a bodyguard...
- hostile climate: Prequel to the series: Peter chases after Neal in Zermat (Switserland) on skis...Avalanches, snow...

Story written, but not yet finished:
- crucifxion
- Drugged
- stranded/survival scenario
- loss of hearing (still not sure on the ending)
- confession in a desperate situation

I know sme of you already gave me hints and prompts, I will check them out again...

From [livejournal.com profile] aragarna, and I decided to playafter I read [livejournal.com profile] elrhiarhodan s answers, so here are mine:

1- What's your favorite season? Definitely season one.

2- What's your favorite episode? Forging Bonds (S2E11), where we see a young Neal.

3- What's your favorite scene? That would be from S3E4 the 'Dentist from Detroit' the scene in the illegal gambling room: "You're fired! Get out of my sight!"
"You know what? With pleasure."
"Good."
"And the next time your hot wife gets lonely tell her to call me. You know my number."
"Whoa."

The look on Peter's face when Neal tells him about his hot wife...

4- How about your favorite dialogue/line? Mozzie: "Three in the hand is better than none in the bush." Neal: "Stop trying to make that a saying."

5- Who's your favorite character and/or pairing? Neal and then Mozzie

6- What made that show so special to you? The characters, and the actors portraying them.

7- What will you keep forever in your heart? The chemistry between Peter and Neal in the first season.

8- If you’re an artist or a writer, what inspired – and still inspires – you to create something? The series left some much open and there could have been so many more wonderful stories, but for some reason they got sloppy and lost I guess a lot of viewers.

9- What's your head canon for the future of the characters? Neal reuniting with Mozzie.

10- What now? Nothing, I hope a lot of writers keep writing wonderful stories for our characters...

11- Have you found your next White Collar yet? Nope

12- Have you experienced the loss of a TV show like that before? Not really...

13- Anything else to add? I hope we can keep reading great stories for a long time.
